Abstract:Objective To analyze the pathogen identification and drug sensitivity test results of sepsis patients in Huludao Central Hospital from 2017 to 2019.Methods A total of 896 patients with sepsis admitted to Huludao Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected, and 386 strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated from their venous blood culture were identified and drug sensitivity test detected. Results Among the 386 strains of pathogenic bacteria, Alkalobacter, Serrata marcescens, Burkholderia, Pseudomonas, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and coagulasenegative Staphylococcus were the six species with the highest proportion. The 149 Gram-positive cocci showed higher resistance rates to Erythromycin,Clindamycin,Penicillin and Oxacillin, and were sensitive to Tegacycline,Linezolid,Vancomycin and Rifamequin. The 230 Gram-negative bacilli showed high drug resistance to Polymyxin B and Amtronam, and were sensitive to Imipenem,Cefoperazone,Minoccyccline,Cotrimoxazole,Cefepime,Ceftazidime, etc. Conclusion By identifying strains from the venous blood culture isolates of sepsis patients, the main pathogenic bacteria were Alkalogenic bacilli, Serrata marcescens, Burkholderia, Pseudomonas, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, coagulase -negative Staphylococcus. There were many species of strains, and drug resistance of different strains was also different.Generally, the strains were sensitive to Cotrimoxazole,Imipenem,Cefepime,Ceftazidime,Tigacycline,Vancomycin and Rifamequin.
