Objective To observe the effects of montelukast sodium combined with azithromycin on T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 86 cases of MPP children admitted to Poyang County People′s Hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Azithromycin and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the observation group.T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)and inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+),IL-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).CD8+,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium combined with Azithromycin can improve inflammatory symptoms and immune function in the treatment of MPP,with less adverse reactions.
