Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of music intervention combined with pacifier in neonatal puncture.Methods Sixty newborns who were born in Shekou People′s Hospital,Nanshan District,Shenzhen from December 2018 to November 2019 who needed puncture were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide them into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group of newborns only routine care was used for the puncture operation,and the newborns in the experimental group were combined with music intervention and comfort pacifiers,the pain degree score,heart rate,respiration,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure(SpO2),quality of life score,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in neonatal pain scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the neonatal pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Before nursing,the heart rate,respiration,systolic blood pressure,SpO2 between the two groups were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After nursing,the heart rate,respiration,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and SpO2 of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on music intervention combined with pacifier can significantly relieve the pain of puncture neonates,improve the physical stress status during puncture,and promote the improvement of the quality of life of infants,and it is safe and reliable.
