分页式医用手术线束压线袋的设计与临床应用

摘要目的探讨分页式医用手术线束压线袋在手术室护理中的临床应用。方法回顾性分析2020年6—12月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的88 例手术患者的临床资料，根据手术治疗期间缝线束摆放方法的不同分为对照组（44例）与研究组（44 例）。对照组采用普通医用布单摆放缝线束，研究组采用分页式医用手术线束压线袋摆放缝线束。比较两组的穿针引线操作时间、线束保湿时间、缝线出现混淆、打结、缠绕例数、对手术操作及方案满意度。结果研究组的穿针引线操作时间短于对照组，研究组的线束保湿时间长于对照组，研究组的缝线出现混淆、打结、缠绕情况发生例数少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组对手术操作及方案满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手术室护理中应用分页式医用手术线束压线袋摆放缝线束，能缩短穿针引线操作时间、延长线束保湿时间、手术操作时间，解决缝线混淆、打结、缠绕等问题，使满意度水平得到提升。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application of pagination type medical surgical wiring harness pressing bag in the nursing process of operating room.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with surgical treatment in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different placement methods of suture bundles during surgical treatment,they were divided into the control group(44 cases)and the study group(44 cases).The control group was placed with ordinary medical cloth alone,and the study group was placed with pagination type medical surgical harness pressing bag.The operation time of threading needle and wire,the moisture retention time of wiring harness,the situation of suture confusion,knot and winding,and the satisfaction with the operation and scheme were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the moisture retention time of wiring harness of the study group was longer than the control group,the situation of suture confusion,knot and winding of the study group had fewer than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group was more satisfied with the operation and the scheme than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing in the operating room,the application of pagination type medical surgical wire harness pressing bag to place suture wire harness can shorten the operation time of threading,wire harness moisturizing and operation time,solve the problems of suture confusion,knot and winding,and significantly improve the level of satisfaction.
