Objective To explore the clinical effect of scraping combined with thermal moxibustion in the treatment of chronic cough with wind-cold attack on the lungs. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cough of wind-chill type who were admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with scraping combined with thermal moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The cough symptom scores, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores, satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, cough symptom scores and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of cough symptoms and TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scraping combined with thermal moxibustion for patients with chronic cough of wind-cold lung type has a significant effect on improving clinical symptoms, improving patient satisfaction and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
