Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect of visual laryngoscope in tracheal intubation after general anesthesia.Methods105 patients underwent tracheal intubation after general anesthesia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and they they were divided into the control group and research group by drawing lots.In the research group(n=53),visual laryngoscope was applied for tracheal intubation, while in the control group(n=52),direct laryngoscope for tracheal intubation was used. The time of tracheal intubation and glottis exposure, and change of hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe time of tracheal intubation and glottal exposure in the study group[(9.65±1.21)s and(4.74±0.87)s respectively]was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference between groups(P<0.05).The success rate of tracheal intubation at one time in the study group was 92.45%,which was higher than that in the control group (73.08%),and the incidence rate of complications in the study group was 3.77%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.23%),and there was a statistical difference between groups(P<0.05).During intubation, the heart rate and average arterial pressure was(75.60±8.97)times per minute and(97.46±8.97)mmHg respectively in the study group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group respectively[(90.84±10.58)times/min,(110.30±10.21)mmHg],and there was a statistical difference between groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference of heart rate and average arterial pressure in patients between the two groups before induction and after 5 minutes intubation(P>0.05).ConclusionVisual laryngoscope applied in tracheal intubation after general anesthesia obtains a great application effect and can effectively increase the success rate of tracheal intubation at one time, reduce the occurrence of various complications, and shorten the time of tracheal intubation and glottis exposure at the same time, and have mild impact on hemodynamics of patients. It is worthy of promotion.
