Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive internal fixation on the rehabilitation of patients with intra-knee fracture. Methods A total of 78 patients with intra-knee fracture who were admitted to Mudanjiang Forestry Central Hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the open reduction group and the minimally invasive reset group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The open reduction group was treated with traditional open reduction treatment, while the minimally invasive reset group was treated with arthroscopy minimally invasive internal fixation treatment. The intraoperative blood loss, duration of operation, length of hospital stay, pain score, knee rehabilitation score, total incidence of complications and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the minimally invasive reset group was less than that of the open reduction group, the operative time, hospital stay and fracture healing time were shorter than those of the open reduction group, visual analogue scale (VAS) score and total incidence rate of complications were lower than those of the open reduction group, the knee joint scale score of the hospital for special surgery in the United States (HSS) was higher than that of the open reduction group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive internal fixation can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with intra-knee fracture.
