Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle training in female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 100 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who received treatment in Shenyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, the subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The Patients in the control group received only routine rehabilitation measures, and the observation group adopted pelvic floor muscle training on the basis of the control group. The score of pelvic floor myoelectric activity, normal pelvic floor muscle strength and life quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The score of pelvic floor myoelectric activity, normal rate of muscle strength and life quality score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle training for female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction has significant clinical rehabilitation effect,it can improve the electrical activity of pelvic floor muscle, promote the strength of pelvic floor muscle to return to normal, and thus improve the quality of life.
