Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation on postpartum recovery of parturient with cesarean section. Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,122 pregnant women with PIH who were admitted to Wuzhou Red Cross Society Hospital in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for elective cesarean section were selected as the subjects. They were divided into study group and routine group by random number table method,61 cases in each group. The routine group used the traditional rehabilitation mode in the perioperative period of cesarean section, and the study group used the rapid rehabilitation surgical mode in the perioperative period of cesarean section. The postoperative pain degree, urination time, recovery exhaust time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups, and the complications such as postoperative shivering, nausea and vomiting, urinary retention, postoperative infection and intestinal obstruction were statistically analyzed. Results The visual analog scales (VAS) score in the study group was lower than that in the routine group, and the urination time, recovery time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.56%,which was lower than 24.59% in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women with cesarean section, the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period can reduce incision pain, reduce related complications, and promote postoperative recovery of parturient, which is worthy of clinical application.
