临床护理路径在急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁CRRT治疗中的应用

摘要目的探讨临床护理路径在急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁连续性肾脏替代疗法（CRRT）治疗中的应用效果。方法将2014年2月～2016年12月在我院治疗的50例急性重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，均给予床旁CRRT治疗，根据护理方式分为两组，每组25例。对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以临床护理路径。比较两组患者干预前后的SAS、SDS评分，生活质量各维度评分、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者护理后的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组患者生活质量各维度评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的护理总满意度（92.00%）显著高于对照组（72.00%）（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的并发症发生率（4.00%）显著低于对照组（24.00%）（P＜0.05）。结论急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁CRRT治疗中应用临床护理路径可显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情况，提高其生活质量及护理满意度，降低其并发症发生率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in bedside continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)treatment in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods50 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected as object.All patients were treated with bedside CRRT treatment.The patients were divided into the two groups according to the nursing mode,and there were 25 patients in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the study group was given clinical nursing pathway.SAS,SDS score before and after intervention,each dimension score of life quality,nursing satisfaction degree,and the incidence rate of complication between both groups were compared.ResultsSAS and SDS score of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Each dimension score of life quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree in patients of the study group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%)(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the study group (4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%)(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of clinical nursing pathway in bedside CRRT treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the life quality and nursing satisfaction degree,and reduce the incidence rate of complication.
