Abstract:Cervical spine fracture in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is severely trauma, and surgical treatment is commonly used to restore spinal stability and reduce the pressure on the spinal cord.Fusion and stabilization with instrumentation by anterior or posterior approach is indicated in AS cervical spine fracture, thus improving the stability of spinal column.This study investigate research progress of different operations in treatment of cervical spinal fracture of patients with AS in selection of operation, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three main surgical treatment and application, thus providing a reasonable operation in treatment of cervical spinal fracture of patients with AS.
