Abstract:Objectiveto analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating acute gouty arthritis.Methods102 patients with acute gouty arthritis treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group(51 cases,a single western medicine treatment)and observation group(51 cases,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment).The total effective rate of symptom improvement,serum uric acid,ESR and C-reactive protein between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of symptom improvement in the observation group was 96.1%,which was higher than that of the control group (74.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum uric acid,ESR and C-reactive protein level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating acute gouty arthritis is obvious,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
