Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A total of 56 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled. They were equally divided into the reference group and the experimental group,28 cases in each group. The reference group used the traditional nursing mode, and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive nursing mode. The postoperative pain score, hip joint activity, and total nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The postoperative pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group, and the hip joint activity was larger than that of the reference group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, the comprehensive nursing mode can be promoted for it not only alleviates postoperative pain, but also enhances hip joint mobility, and improves doctor-patient relationship as well as nurse-patient relationship.
