Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the significance of myocardial necrosis markers as joint detections in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods100 patients with suspected AMI from May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to outcomes of B ultrasound and electrocardiography, they were evenly divided into the research group (AMI group)and the control group (non-AMI group).Tests for myocardin and enzymatic activity were performed in the two groups. The creatine kinase (CK)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)were examined by immunosuppression. The indexes of troponin I(cTnI)and myohemoglobin(MYO)were tested by chemiluminiscence. The levels of myocardial enzyme markers were observed and compared in the two groups. The changes of various myocardial necrosis markers at different times in the research group were also observed.ResultsThe levels of myocardial enzyme markers including CK,CK-MB,cTnI,and MYO in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The levels of CK and CK-MB in the research group were significantly increased at 3 h and 6 h,and reached the peak value at one day. After 3 to 5 d treatment, the levels mentioned above were in gradual recovery. The levels of cTnI and CK-MB were synchronized one hour before the onset of disease, but the maintenance time in the blood was relatively shorter. The abnormality of MYO was occurred within 2 hours after the onset of disease, and reached the peak in 12 h.ConclusionFor AMI patients, joint detections of myocardial necrosis markers has a favorable diagnostic value, and it is worthy of reference.
