Investigation and analysis on the knowledge situation of “the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Province(2016)”

Abstract：Objective To understand the knowledge of the obstetricians in Sichuan Province about“the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Province(2016)”，and to provide reference for the health administrative departments,medical institutions to make relevant decisions.Methods From May 2017 to July 2017,a random digital table method was used to extract 2147 obstetricians from obstetrical medical staff in 21 cities and states of Sichuan province.The questionnaire survey was carried out in the form of self-made questionnaire,and the knowledge of“the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Province(2016)”and the relevant knowledge of it were statistically analyzed.Results In the 2147 questionnaires,the effective questionnaires were 2015,with an effective rate of 93.85%.The rate of awareness of the“the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Province(2016)”in the survey was 82.7%,and the overall awareness of the “the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Province(2016)”was 75.7%.The awareness rate of the first diagnosis mechanism of difficult disease and critically ill,high-risk pregnant women referral accompany was low,which were 61.4%and 34.8%respectively.Conclusion Obstetric medical staff in Sichuan province have a high awareness of the “the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Province (2016)”,from knowing to master and scientific application there is still a certain gap.It is suggested that the government should provide more learning opportunities.The hospital should create a good atmosphere for learning and further enhance the training of grassroots medical personnel in the “the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Province(2016)”,to apply the guidelines scientifically and further ensure the safety of mother and children.
