Effect analyzing of Clobetasol Propionate Cream combined with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of chronic eczema

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Clobetasol Propionate Cream combined with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 56 cases of chronic eczema patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the combined treatment group according to different treatment methods,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qingpeng Ointment,the combined treatment group was given Clobetasonl Propionate Cream combined with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules. The clinical symptom score,total effective rate and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, the clinical symptom score ofthe combined treatment group after treatmentwas lower than thatof the controlgroup after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that ofthe control group,with significantdifference(P<0.05).The incidence rate ofadverse reactions in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Clobetasol Propionate Cream combined with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of chronic eczema is obvious,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
