丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的效果分析

摘要目的探讨丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的效果。方法选取我院2015年2月～2016年2月收治的56例慢性湿疹患者，依据治疗措施不同分为对照组和联合治疗组，各28例。对照组采用青鹏软膏治疗，联合治疗组采用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状评分情况、总有效率及不良反应情况。结果两组治疗后的临床症状评分均低于治疗前，联合治疗组治疗后的临床症状评分均低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合治疗组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合治疗组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗慢性湿疹效果明显，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Clobetasol Propionate Cream combined with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 56 cases of chronic eczema patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the combined treatment group according to different treatment methods,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qingpeng Ointment,the combined treatment group was given Clobetasonl Propionate Cream combined with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules. The clinical symptom score,total effective rate and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, the clinical symptom score ofthe combined treatment group after treatmentwas lower than thatof the controlgroup after treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that ofthe control group,with significantdifference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate ofadverse reactions in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Clobetasol Propionate Cream combined with Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of chronic eczema is obvious,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
