点阵CO2激光对凹陷性痤疮创面瘢痕的修复及美容效果分析

摘要目的研究点阵CO2激光对凹陷性痤疮创面瘢痕的修复及美容效果。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月我院接诊的100例凹陷性痤疮创面瘢痕患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用常规方法进行治疗，观察组采用点阵CO2激光进行治疗。观察两组的色斑面积、瘢痕面积情况、ECCA评分、生活质量、治疗疗效。结果观察组治疗后的色斑面积、瘢痕面积均小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后的ECCA评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的自我感知、社会功能、情感功能评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论点阵CO2激光对凹陷性痤疮创面瘢痕的修复效果显著，能够有效改善患者的凹陷性瘢痕，取得满意的美容效果。

Abstract：Objectives To study the repair and cosmetic effect of dot matrix CO2laser in the treatment of pitting acne scar.Methods100 cases of pitting acne scar from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional laser therapy,while the observation group was treated with dot matrix CO2laser.Then splash area,scar size,ECCA score,quality of life,curative effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe splash area and scar area after treatment of the observation group was less than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ECCA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The score of self perception,social function,emotional function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe dot matrix CO2laser is effective in the treatment of pitting acne scars,and can effectively improve the patient′s concave scar,and can obtain satisfactory cosmetic results.
