Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of bileaflet repair on treating patients with huge tissue defect after facial skin cancer operation.Methods40 cases of huge tissue defect after facial skin cancer operation admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the study group and the the control group according to random number table method,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with forehead free skin flap prosthodontic,the study group was treated with bileaflet prosthetic prosthodontic treatment.The operation condition, the incidence rate of complication,the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time and hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding of the study group was less than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group (80.00%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complication of the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(30.00%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of bileaflet repair on treating patients with huge tissue defect after facial skin cancer operation is good with less operation time,less blood,quick postoperative recovery and low complication incidence,so that it′s in line with the aesthetic needs of patients and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
