Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 196 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 98 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the study group were treated with continuous nursing based on WeChat platform. The scores of compliance behavior, self-care ability and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significances in compliance behavior score and self-care ability score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The scores of compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients in both groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, with statistical significances (P<0.05). The scores of compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group after nursing, with statistical significances (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 96.94%, which was higher than 88.78% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can improve the compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure, with high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
