Abstract:Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation combined continuing care in patients with minimally invasive knee replacement. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing knee arthroplasty in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to a random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing care, and theobservation group used rapid rehabilitation combined with continuous nursing to compare the surgical conditions, self-care ability, quality of life and complications between the two groups. Results The observation group′s time to get out of bed and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, and the hospitalization expenses was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 d after surgery, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of health knowledge, self-care responsibility, self-concept and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the social, cognitive, physical and role function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation combined with continuing care can effectively reduce the pain of minimally invasive knee arthroplasty patients, shorten the hospital stay, reduce the economic burden of patients, improve self-care ability and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
