Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 60 patients with PDF treated in Dexing Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Jiangxi Province from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.By the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was received vaginal dumbbell training, and the observation group was received biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation. Both groups were treated for 3 months, the pelvic floor function(pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20[PFDI-20],urinary incontinence[international consultation on incontinence questionnaire urinary incontinence short form[ICI-Q-SF],pelvic floor muscle strength and uterine prolapse were observed between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PFDI-20 and ICI-Q-SF scores of the two groups were lower than thosee before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the superficial and deep muscle fiber Ⅰand Ⅱscores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The uterine prolapse of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation can effectively improve postpartum PFD,strengthen pelvic floor muscles, and improve uterine prolapse and urinary incontinence.
