Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation rehabilitation therapy on pelvic floor muscle electromyogram(EMG)parameters under cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 153 parturients who delivered in Yichang Maternal and Child Health Hospital hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 was made.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the observation group (n=77) and the control group (n=76).In the observation group, electrical stimulation rehabilitation therapy was used, and in the control group, conventional rehabilitation exercise therapy was adopted. The differences in pelvic floor muscle strength classification and EMG parameters including speed value, peak value, vitality value, relaxation value, and work value between the two groups after cesarean section were recorded. Results The muscle strength of type I muscle fibers of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the muscle strength of type Ⅱmuscle fibers between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).The proportion of level I muscle strength in type I muscle fiber of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the proportion of level Ⅳmuscle strength in type I muscle fiber in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The speed value, peak value, vitality value, relaxation value and work value of postpartum pelvic floor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of electrical stimulation rehabilitation therapy can improve postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength damage and speed up the postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation, which has high clinical value.
