Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of transvaginal electrical stimulation combined with hip muscle exercise on stress incontinence in women and its effect on urodynamics and pelvic floor muscle strength. Methods A total of 110 female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to Dalian Friendship Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the experimental group(n=55)and the control group(n=55)according to the random number table method. The control group was given hip muscle exercise, and the experimental group was given hip muscle exercise+transvaginal electrical stimulation. The urodynamics, pelvic floor muscle tension, degree of urinary incontinence, quality of sexual life were compared in the two groups. Results The maximum detrusor pressure(Pdetmax),maximum urethral closure pressure(MUCP),abdominal pressure leak point pressure(ALPP)and maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)of the experimental group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal systolic pressure and vaginal resting pressure of the experimental group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the duration of vaginal contraction was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the score of the international consultation on incontinence questionnaire short-form(ICIQ-SF)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the score of pelvic organ prolapse-urlnary incontinence sexual life questionnaire-13(PISQ-31)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of transvaginal electrical stimulation combined with hip muscle exercise can effectively improve the contractility of pelvic floor muscles, improve the urodynamics, alleviate the symptoms of incontinence and improve the quality of sexual life of women with stress urinary incontinence.
