Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of ″one department, one characteristic″ nursing in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) with malnutrition risk. Methods 30 patients with CKD at risk of malnutrition admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January to June 2020 were selected as the control group.Another 30 cases of CKD patients with malnutrition risk admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine from July to December 2020 were selected as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given ″one subject one characteristic″ nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The renal function, nutritional status, complications and self-management of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and 24-hour urinary protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention, the nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the serum albumin and prealbumin indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was 16.66%, lower than 53.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of self-management behavior between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The scores of self-management behavior of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, the self-management behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with CKD at risk of malnutrition ″one department, one characteristic″nursing can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, strengthen the self-management ability of patients, and has good safety, which is worthy of promotion.
