Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of CT room ward integrated nursing mode in the preparation of patients with CT coronary angiography before examination(CTA).Methods A total of 72 cases CTA checkers admitted to Shenzhen Yantian District People′s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(36 cases)according to the method of drawing lots. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the integrated nursing mode of CT room ward. The image quality of the two groups was compared, and the examination indexes(waiting time, examination time, radiation exposure, respiratory training time after nursing, heart rate control time),nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The total qualified rate of image quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The waiting time, examination time, breathing training time, heart rate control time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the radiation dose was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT room ward integrated nursing mode was adopted for patients undergoing CTA.It can improve the image quality of patients, shorten the relevant time of examination index, reduce the radiation dose, and have high patient satisfaction and significant value.
