基于需求导向理念的康复护理干预对老年脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及生存质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the demand-oriented concept on swallowing function and quality of life in elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke in Shanghai Third Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,which were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The observation group adopted rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the need-oriented concept,while the control group adopted routine nursing intervention,and they were all nursing for 2 months.The quality of life and swallowing function of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months of nursing,the scores of the Generic Quality of life Inventory 74 (GQOLI-74) and the Gugging Swallowing Screen (GUSS) in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant.After nursing,the scores of GUSS and GQOLI-74 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the demand-oriented concept can significantly improve the swallowing function of elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
