| Effect of nursing care on bad mood and quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of nursing care on the bad mood and quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,a total of 106 patients with advanced malignant tumor treated by Department of Oncology,Anshan Cancer Hospital were selected.They were divided into the Ningyang nursing group and the routine nursing group according to the random drawing lots method,with 53 cases in each group.The routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing measures of tumor patients,while the Ningyang nursing group took the Ningyang nursing intervention in the routine nursing.The changes of bad emotions between the two groups before and after intervention were compared by the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS),and the improvement of quality of life in the two groups after intervention was observed.Results There were no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of Ningyang nursing group were lower than those of routine nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the quality of life scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life score of the Ningyang nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of patients with advanced cancer,the application of nursing care can reduce the anxiety,depression and other bad emotional state,improve the quality of life in the final stage.
