Abstract Objective To explore and analyze Kong Keshineedle with a cable tension with the clinical curative effect of treatment of patellar fractures.M ethods 60 cases of patellar fracture patients from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group of patientswere given open reduction and Kong Keshi needle with a cable tension belt to treat,the patients of control group were taken conservative treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results The observation group of patientswith length of hospital stay was(14.2±0.5)d,the crutches fields timewas(4.3±0.4)weeks, fracture healing was(4.6±0.6)months,length of hospital stay of control group was(24.3±0.5)d,the crutches fields time was(8.5±0.4)weeks,fracture healing timewas(7.6±0.4)months,the observation group were better than that of control group,with the significant difference(P＜0.05).The observation group of patients was 100.0％,the control group was 80.0％,with the significant different(P＜0.05).Conclusion Kong Keshi needle with a cable tension with patellar fracture with obvious therapeutic effect,fewer complications,simple and easy to operate,fast recovery,it isworth popularizing in clinical use.
