微创经皮椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PPSF in the treatment of TLVCF.M ethods Eighty-four patients with TLVCF in Jinxian County People′s Hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected,and they were divided into open group and minimally invasive group according to the treatmentmethods,42 cases in each group,they were treated with open and percutaneous pedicle screw fixation respectively.The treatment effect of patients in the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,length of incision,amount of bleeding and length of stay of theminimally invasive group were significantly less than those of the open group(P＜0.05).The VAS score and Oswestry disability index of theminimally invasive group were significantly lower than those of the open group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the vertebral anterior height ratio and the sagittal plane Cobb′s angle (P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of TLVCF,PPSF and traditional open surgery with similar correction effect,but PPSF is less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and conducive to the postoperative pain and improve the function of the back,it isworthy of recommendation.
