Abstract：Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Jinhoujian in the treatment of oral herpes of hand-feet-mouth disease.Methods A total of 50 children with oral herpes from hand-feetmouth disease admitted to Qingyuan People′s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(20 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Jinhoujian treatment,while the research group was given Jinhoujian combined with Kangfuxin Liquid treatment.The curative effect,healing time of oral herpes and normal eating time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The average healing time of oral herpes in the study group and the time to return to normal eating were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Jinhoujian and Kangfuxin Liquid can significantly improve the effective rate and shorten the healing time of oral herpes in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.
