止痛如神汤加减熏洗治疗痔疮患者的效果

摘要目的探讨止痛如神汤加减熏洗治疗痔疮患者的效果。方法选取武夷山市立医院2017年9月～2019年9月收治的66 例痔疮患者作为研究对象，按照动态随机分组方法分为对照组（33 例）与观察组（33 例）。对照组采用常规西药方法，观察组采用止痛如神汤加减熏洗方法。比较两组的治疗总有效率、临床症状、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的肛缘水肿评分、出血评分以及肛门坠胀评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论止痛如神汤加减熏洗治疗痔疮的效果显著，不仅能够大大提升临床治疗效果，还能够改善患者的临床症状和临床表现，降低不良反应发生率，适合在临床进行实施和推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction modified fumigation in the treatment of hemorrhoid patients.Methods A total of 66 patients with hemorrhoids in Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)according to dynamic random grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhitong Rushen Decoction modified fumigation.The total effective rate,clinical symptoms and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the anal edema score,bleeding score and anal distension score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction modified fumigation in the treatment of hemorrhoids is significant,which can not only greatly improve the clinical treatment effect,but also improve the clinical symptoms and clinical manifestations of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is suitable for clinical implementation and promotion.
