Abstract:Malnutrition is an increasing incidence in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).It has been proved that malnutrition will aggravate the progression of COPD,and in severe cases, pulmonary cachexia will appear, and even increase the mortality rate of the disease.Malnutrition can be regarded as an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in COPD patients, therefore, timely and effective diagnosis and intervention of nutritional status is an indispensable part of clinical work.In this research, the etiology and pathogenesis of COPD combined with malnutrition, the influence on the body, nutritional support and other aspects were elaborated, with a view to attracting great attention from clinical work, early detection of the risk of malnutrition in COPD patients, timely and appropriate nutritional support,to improve the quality of life of patients,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to reduce the risk of acute exacerbation in COPD patients and delay the progression of the disease.
