Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence factors of postoperative recurrence in patients with urinary calculi after lithotomy, and to provide the reference for choosing reasonable preventive measures. Methods Clinical data of 150 patients with recurrent urinary calculi who were treated in Banfu Hospital of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The recurrence related factors and independent risk factors were analyzed. Results A total of 22 cases recurred in 150 patients, the recurrence rate was 14.67%. The results of single factor analysis showed that different body mass index, with or without family history of stones, urinary tract infection, metabolic abnormality, different dietary habits, number of stones were significantly correlated with stone recurrence rate, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that body mass index≥25 kg/m2, urinary tract infection, metabolic abnormality and sweet and greasy eating habits were independent risk factors for stone recurrence (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with urinary calculi need to pay attention to weight control, develop good eating habits, with less sweet and greasy, and receive standardized rehabilitation treatment to avoid metabolic disorders, urinary tract infection and other adverse conditions, so as to reduce the recurrence rate.
