Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute ischemic stroke (CIS).Methods A total of 220 patients with CIS who admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into the control group (110 cases) and the intervention group (110 cases) according to different nursing methods. The control group was received the traditional emergency nursing pathway and the intervention group was received the optimizing emergency nursing pathway. The time of triage assessment, the time of establishing venous access, the time of sending imaging examination, the arrival time of specialist consultation, the time of emergency stay, the rescue success rate and mortality rate were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the time of triage assessment, the time of establishing venous access, the time of sending imaging examination, the arrival time of specialist consultation and the time of emergency stay of the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The rescue success rate was higher than that of the control group, mortality rate of the intervention group was lower than these of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The optimizing emergency nursing pathway for patients with CIS can obtain more treatment time for first aid.Patients can receive specialist treatment as soon as possible, improve the efficiency of treatment, and make the workflow more standardized. It should be widely used in clinical practice.
