微信平台健康教育在异位妊娠患者中的应用

摘要目的探讨微信平台健康教育在异位妊娠患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2019年1月江西医学高等专科学校妇产科收治的80 例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分为对照组（n=40）与观察组（n=40）。对照组采用常规护理服务模式，观察组采用常规护理服务模式+微信平台健康教育护理服务模式。比较两组护理总满意度，研究出院当天、出院后1 个月时疾病认知状况评分、生活质量评估量表（QOL）评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果观察组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组出院后1 个月疾病认知状况评分高于出院当天和对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组出院后1 个月QOL 评分高于出院当天和对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组出院后1 个月时SAS、SDS评分低于出院当天和对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论为异位妊娠患者选择微信平台健康教育护理服务有助于提升其疾病正确认知情况，改善其生活质量，缓解其负面情绪，提高护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform health education in patients performing with ectopic pregnancy. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019，80 ectopic pregnancy women treated in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Jiangxi Medical College were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40) according to the different nursing methods. In the control group，routine nursing was used，while in the observation group，routine nursing combined with WeChat platform health education nursing was adopted. The total nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. The disease cognitive status survey score，quality of life (QOL) score，self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)，and self-depression rating scale(SDS) score on the day of discharge and 1 month after discharge were compared. Results The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The disease cognitive status survey score in the observation group at 1 month after discharge was higher than that on the day of discharge and the control group with statistical differences (P＜0.05). The QOL scores in the observation group at 1 month after discharge were higher than those on the day of discharge and the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The SAS and SDS scores at 1 month after discharge in the observation group were lower than those the day of discharge and the control group with statistical differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion The selection of health education nursing service based on WeChat platform for women with ectopic pregnancy can help to increase their correct cognition of disease，ameliorate their QOL，alleviate their negative emotions，and improve their nursing satisfaction.
