Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive incision in the treatment of dislocation of knee joint complicated with multiple ligament injury. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 60 patients with dislocation of knee joint complicated with multiple ligament injury treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the method of drawing lots. The control group was treated with conventional orthopedic surgery, and the observation group was treated with arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive incision. The therapeutic effect, recovery time of knee joint function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery time of knee joint function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive incision is more effective in the treatment of dislocation of knee joint with multiple ligament injury, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the recovery time of patients, and the incidence of complications is low.
