Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of different decompression time of radial artery compressor on patients undergoing coronary intervention. Methods A total of 160 patients with TR-Band hemostatic balloon who underwent coronary artery interventional therapy in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into 2-hour group(n=50),4-hour group(n=55)and 6-hour group(n=55)according to the time of decompression after operation. The radial artery pulsation, local wound discomfort and complications were observed and compared among the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding and hematoma at puncture site between the three groups (P>0.05).The incidence of swelling, numbness, cyanosis, wound pain, vagal reflex and radial artery occlusion in the 2-hour group were significantly lower than those in the 4-hour group and 6-hour group (P<0.05).The NRS score of 2-hour group was significantly lower than that of 4-hour group and 6-hour group (P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible and safe to compress the puncture site with a hemostatic balloon for 2 hours after coronary artery interventional surgery. It has fewer complications and is worth adopting.
