Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy and its correlation with renal function. Methods Ninety patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects, according to the 24-hour urinary microalbuminuria excretion rate, they were divided into three groups, observation group 1 (normal albuminuria),observation group 2(microalbuminuria)and observation group 3 (clinical albuminuria),thirty patients in each group were selected as the control group. The levels of serum inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α)and renal function indexes(serum creatinine, cystatin C,urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER)were compared among the four groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between inflammatory factors and renal function. Results The levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,serum creatinine, cystatin C and UAER in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in serum of the observation groups 3 were higher than those of the observation groups 1 and 2,the differences were significant(P<0.05).C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α were positively correlated with serum creatinine, cystatin C and UAER(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the levels of inflammatory factors and renal lesions in patients with diabetes mellitus.
