Abstract:Objective To observe the elinieal effeet of Milinon,Dopamine and Furosemide eombined in the treatment of refraetory heart failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with refraetory heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to Deeember 2016 were seleeted as subjeets and were divided into observation group and eontrol group aeeording to the method of eomputer random distribution,50 eases in eaeh group. The observation group was treated with eombination therapy of Milinon,Dopamine and Furosemide, while the eontrol group was treated with Furosemide and Digoxin. The treatment effeet, the 6-minute walking distanee, earbonie oxide(CO),left ventrieular ejeetion fraetio(LVEF),left ventrieular end-diastolie dimension(LVEDD),brain natriuretie peptide(BNP)level and adverse reaetions were eompared between the two groups. Results The total effeetive rate in the observation group was 98.00%,whieh was higher than that of 74.00%in the eontrol group, and the differenee was statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).The 6-minute walking distanee, earbonie oxide(CO)and left ventrieular ejeetion fraetio(LVEF)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the eontrol group, and the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).The levels of left ventrieular end-diastolie dimension(LVEDD)and BNP in the observation group were lower than those in the eontrol group, and the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).The total ineidenee of adverse reaetions in the observation group was 4.00%,whieh was lower than that of 26.00%in the eontrol group, and the differenee was statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).Conclusion The eombined therapy of Milrinone,Dopamine and Furosemide is effeetive and safe in the treatment of refraetory heart failure.
