Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in children with intussusception treated by hydrostatic enema reduction. Methods A total of 48 cases of children with intussusception treated by color Doppler ultrasound guided water pressure enema treatment from June 2014 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group (n=24)and the control group (n=24).Two groups of children were treated with color Doppler ultrasound guided water enema reduction treatment. The control group was received routine clinical nursing, and the observation group was implemented systematic nursing service on this basis. Results All time of treatment, length of stay and postoperative anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood CRP level was higher that that in the control group, fecal leukocytosis was more than that in the control group, fever and diarrhea were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the 24 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of enema reduction(P>0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing can improve the treatment of children with intussusception by water pressure enema reduction, reduce complications and recurrence rate, and reduce family financial burden.
