Abstract：Objective To investigate clinical effect of Kangfuyan Capsules enema combined with physiotherapy in treatment for female pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods A total of 202 patients with female pelvic inflammatory disease were selected in hospital from November 2014 to November 2017,who were divided into two groups by random number table method,101 cases in each group.The control group was received traditional antibiotic therapy,the observation group was treated Kangfuyan Capsules enema combined with physiotherapy.Biochemical markers and pain score were performed before and after treatment.Clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α）,C reactive protein（CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,VAS score decreased,while inflammatory mass diameter reduced,while pelvic effusion decreased after treatment in two groups(P＜0.05）.TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,VAS score in observation group were lower than that in the control group,while inflammatory mass diameter in observation group was smaller than that in the control group,while pelvic effusion in observation group was less than that in the control group,while total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences on incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05）.Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsules enema combined with physiotherapy have significant effect in treatment for female pelvic inflammatory diseases,which are worthy of clinical application.
