皮屑Ⅰ号洗剂在头皮脂溢性皮炎治疗中的临床效果

摘要目的探讨皮屑Ⅰ号洗剂治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月～2017年12月在福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院及福州市第七医院门诊就诊、符合诊断标准及纳入标准的80例头皮脂溢性皮炎患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。治疗组患者使用中药皮屑Ⅰ号洗剂治疗，对照组患者使用2%酮康唑洗剂治疗，治疗2周为1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后的皮损症状积分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2周后，两组患者的皮损症状积分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），且治疗组患者的皮损症状积分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率（90.0%）显著高于对照组（72.5%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论皮屑Ⅰ号洗剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎安全有效，值得推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the curative effectand security of PixieⅠLotion in the treatmentof seborrheic dermatitis of scalp(SDS).MethodsThe 80 patientswith SDSwere admitted to the outpatient department of the Second People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Seventh Hospital of Fuzhou City from January 2015 to December 2017,which met the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria,were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with PixieⅠLotion,while the control group was treated with 2%Ketoconazole Lotion,2 weeks for 1 course of treatment.The symptom scores of skin lesions before and after treatment,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups of patientswere compared.ResultsAfter 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of skin lesions in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).And the symptom scores of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group　(90.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group　(72.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.ConclusionPixieⅠLotion was effective and safe in treating SDS and it deserves the clinical expansion.
