不同手术方式治疗白内障的效果

摘要目的探讨不同手术方式治疗白内障的效果。方法选取2015年10月～2016年10月牡丹江爱尔眼科医院和牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院第一分院收治的175例白内障患者作为研究对象，根据患者的治疗意愿分为超声组（86例）和非超声组（89例）。超声组患者采取超声乳化术治疗，非超声组患者采取小切口非超声乳化术治疗。比较两组患者的视力恢复情况、角膜散光度、角膜内皮细胞计数数量和术后并发症发生情况。结果非超声组患者术后1 d的视力恢复情况好于超声组；术后非超声组患者角膜内皮细胞计数数量多于超声组；非超声组角膜水肿和悬韧带离断并发症发生率低于超声组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小切口非超声乳化术短期术后康复较好，且有效降低了患者术后并发症的发生率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of cataract.MethodsFrom October 2015 to October 2016,175 cataract patients treated in Mudanjiang Aier Ophthalmology Hospital and the First Branch of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University were selected as the subjects,and divided into ultrasonic group(86 cases)and non-ultrasound group(89 cases)according to the willing of patients.Ultrasonic emulsification was adopted in patients with ultrasound group,and the patients with non ultrasonic group were treated with small incision and non phacoemulsification.The recovery of visual acuity,astigmatism,the number of corneal endothelial cells and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe recovery of visual acuity in patients of non-ultrasound group at 1stwas better than that in the ultrasound group.The incidence rate of corneal edema and rupture of suspension ligament of non-ultrasound group was lower than that in ultrasound group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSmall incision and non phacoemulsification have better postoperative rehabilitation,and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
