Abstract：ObjectiveTo summarize the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic peritoneal lavage and drainage (LPLD)in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).MethodsFifty-two patients with severe SAP admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,and the experimental group was treated with LPLD,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the extubation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of each indexes level and the remission time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionLPLD can achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of severe SAP,which can help reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the postoperative length of stay and the recovery time of symptoms,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and have a higher safety.It is suggested to put this method into promotion and application in a widespread manner.
