Abstract：On January 1,2018,Huizhou,Guangdong province began to implement the method of settlement of the hospitalization expenses under the total control of the disease.The new settlement method takes the main diagnostic icd-10 code as the reference standard,forcing the hospital to strengthen the management of the home page of medical records,and standardize medical information upload.This study mainly focuses on the implementation background of the settlement method and the requirements and countermeasures of hospital case management,so as to better cope with the reform of the insurance payment system.
