Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of continuing nursing by WeChat in discharged patients with non-severe aplastic anemia（NSAA）.Methods From May to December 2014，44 NSAA patients were evenly divided into continuing nursing group and conventional nursing group in random.In the conventional nursing group，only regular guidance on discharge and telephone follow-up were provided，while in the continuing nursing group on the basis of the conventional nursing group by WeChat was continued even after being discharged from hospital.Results Six months after being discharged from hospital，efficacy in the continuing nursing group was in increasing trend compared with that in the conventional nursing group，and self-care ability and satisfaction were both improved with statistical differences （P＜0.05）.Conclusion For NSAA patients discharged from hospital，application of continuing nursing by We Chat can improve patients self-care ability and satisfaction，but is uncertain for enhancing efficacy.
