某院鲍曼不动杆菌感染分布及耐药性分析

摘要目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布、标本来源及耐药性，为控制其感染和多重耐药菌的发生提供理论依据。　方法2014年7月～2015年6月住院患者中共分离得到4348株细菌，本研究对其中的370株鲍曼不动杆菌的检出率、标本来源和耐药性进行分析，数据采用SPSS17.0进行统计处理。　结果2014年7月～2015年6月ICU鲍曼不动杆菌分离率为49.49%，非ICU鲍曼不动杆菌分离率为5.50%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。370株鲍曼不动杆菌中，80%以上来自于痰标本。除多黏菌素E和替加环素外，鲍曼不动杆菌在ICU病区的耐药率显著高于非ICU病区的耐药率，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。　结论该院鲍曼不动杆菌感染主要分布在ICU病区，且耐药率较高，应引起高度重视，采取预防措施控制感染及多重耐药菌的发生。

Abstract：Objective To explore the infectious distribution，specimen source and tolerance of Acinetotacter baumannii and to provide theoretical evidences for the prevention of the occurrence of infection and multi-drug resistant bacteria. Methods 4383 bacteria were separated from the patients who were admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015.In this research，the detective rate，specimen sources and tolerance of 370 Acinetotacter baumannii were analyzed，and the data were processed by SPSS 17.0.Results From July 2014 to June 2015，the separation rate of Acinetotacter baumannii in ICU was 49.49%and the separation rate of non-ICU Acinetotacter baumannii was 5.50%，there was significant difference　（P＜0.01）.In 370 Acinetotacter baumannii，more than 80%came from sputum specimen.The tolerance rate of Acinetotacter baumannii in ICU wards was higher than that in non-ICU wards besides polymyxin E and tigecycline，with significant difference（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Acinetotacter baumannii in this hospital mainly distribute in ICU wards with relative high tolerance.Great attention should be paid and preventive measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of infection and multi-drug resistant bacteria.
