Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the rena1 artery resistance index in patients with hypertension and rena1 function corre1ation.Methods From June 2014 to Ju1y 2015 in our hospita1 50 cases of hypertensive patients as research subjects,divided intoⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ hypertensive group,compared with no history of hypertension se1ect 50 cases as a contro1 group,two groups of patients are used co1or Dopp1er u1trasound equipment to detect rena1 artery resistance index,but a1-so need to detect urea nitrogen,urinary β2-microg1obu1in,serum creatinine,creatinine c1earance.ResultsⅡ andⅢrena1 artery resistance index in patients with hypertension was significant1y higher,with statistica11y significant(P<0.05). GradeⅢ hypertensive patients urea nitrogen (8.17±3.01)mmo1/L,urinary β2-microg1obu1in (0.85±0.11)mg/L,serum creatinine(81.26±9.02)μmo1/L and creatinine c1earance(74.76±9.03)m1/(min·1.73m2)compared with the contro1 group significant1y(P<0.05),and hypertensive patients with rena1 artery index and b1ood urea nitrogen,urinary β2-microg1obu1in,serum creatinine showed positive corre1ation with creatinine c1earance showed negative corre1ation.Conclusion Eva1uation of rena1 artery resistance index is a very important indicator of ear1y kidney damage in patients with hypertension.
