Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of laser occlusion combined with atherectomy on the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins. Methods 80 cases with lower extremity varicose veins, which admitted in our hospital during January 2013 to June 2016,were selected as the research object. All patients were diagnosed for lower extremity varicose veins by ultrasound and clinical examination and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the type of surgery.35 cases in the control group were given the traditional great saphenous vein high ligation, and 45 cases in the observation group were given the laser occlusion combined with atherectomy treatment.Treatment effect and index such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, subcutaneous ecchymosis absorption time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group, the difference was significant statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group, and 6 months follow-up limb varicose recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was significant statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser occlusion combined with atherectomy on the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins has exact curative effect, less iatrogenic trauma, postoperative recovery fast, small incision, less postoperative scar left and the operation security is relatively high.Compared with the traditional great saphenous vein ligation has obvious advantages, which has clinical application and popularization value.
