Abstract：Objective To explore the treatment effect and safety of the Lugua Polypeptide injection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 92 patientswith rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from September 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs，the observation group was treated with the Lugua Polypeptide injection.The efficacy and safety of the two groupswas compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.48%，which was higher than 73.91%in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 8.70%，which was lower than 21.74%in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The safety of the the Lugua polypeptide injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is high，and has a high clinical effect，which can quickly relieve the pain of patients，it is conducive to long-term prognosis，it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
